MAILING LIST BASICS

LIST PRICING

Lists are rented on a quantity basis (i.e., all lists in an order are totaled and an overall price calculated). There is no additional charge for multiple lists within an order. Minimum order is $15 per list.

1 - 999 names	$80 per 1000
1000 - 1999 names	$70 per 1000
2000 - 2999 names	$60 per 1000
3000 or more names	$50 per 1000

When ordering ready-made lists or mix-and-match custom lists, add up the quantities in all the categories you're interested and multiply that amount by the appropriate price above.

MEDIA CHARGES

Each list rented has both a List Pricing (see above) and a Medium Charge. This charge is based upon the output format chosen (see Formats). Media Charges are as follow: (You can select as many media as you like and only pay a single List Pricing charge!)

FORMATS

Peel & Stick Mailing Labels.

(1 across) Peel off wax-paper backing; stick on. Gummed, for hand or machine application. Dimensions are 3.5'' by 1''.

Cheshire Sheets.

Produced on continuous forms, 44 to a page. Ungummed, unperforated -- can be affixed only by machine. Each label is 3.44'' by 1''.

Sheet Listings.

One addressee per line -- approximately 50 lines per page. Includes telephone number. Good for telemarketing and tracking mailing responses.

Index Cards.

3'' by 5'' stock. One addressee per card. Includes telephone number. Good for telemarketing and tracking mailing responses.

Diskettes.

Customer-prescribed data formats are available for IBM-compatible computers only. Specify, diskette size (5 1/4'' or 3 1/2''), diskette density (180K, 360K, 720K, 1.2 meg or 1.44 meg) and software to be used when ordering. Diskettes are only available as part of the Annual Lease option.

USE

Lists are rented for one time use only (except under the Annual Lease option). No list, or part, may be used more than one time or by anyone other than the original mailer without expressed written permission from FANDATA. Any list provided on sheet listings or index cards may be used by only the original purchaser as often as needed for one year after rental at no additional charge. Lists are seeded to detect unauthorized use of lists or duplication. Such unauthorized use of lists will be subject to duplicate billing and/or damages.

ANNUAL LEASE OPTION

Any list may be leased for one year of unlimited use for an additional charge of $80 per 1000 names. Renewal of a lease can be made at 50% of the original list rental charge. This is an excellent opportunity for you to take advantage of our continuous list monitoring and cleaning without the hassle of inhouse mailing list management.

ZIP CODES

All United States and Canadian lists are zip coded 100% and are in zip code sequence for third class mail usage. (Canadian addresses provided in postal code order. Other countries provided in country order alphabetically.)

PAYMENT

Full payment must accompany all orders. Repeat customers should inquire for terms of net 30 days.

PROCESSING TIMES

All lists are shipped within 72 hours of your order.

SHIPPING

United Parcel Service ground service will be used unless you specify otherwise. Exact freight will be added to each order. ($4.00 minimum.)

Before ordering, please check with our Customer Service Desk for the latest counts, as lists are updated continuously.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Lists are not subject to return or exchange. Cancellations of orders will be accepted provided reasonable payment for work in progress is made.

Create your own custom mailing list. Here's your chance to be creative and target your own market! We can extract from our integrated database for you according to any one or combination of the following selection criteria:

The cost for this mix-and-match custom service is based upon the total quantity of names in each order. There is a $15.00 minimum per list for this service. You can combine any number of criteria to arrive at the total quantity.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

FANDATA shall not be liable for any damages or loss sustained by the purchaser through use of any list. Further, FANDATA shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages, and in no event shall FANDATA liability exceed the cost of the list.
